On the first day of school teachers always have some sort of way to get to know you/ class icebreakers etc. I absolutely deplore these purely because I hate questions like "Tell me about you?" or "What is one word you would use to describe yourself and why?"
But being an almost teacher I can see the importance of getting to know each other. So here goes a little about me....
My name is Kelly. I am graduating with my bachelor's this December, to say the least I am stoked. My career goal is to be an art teacher. I love the visual arts and they are so important especially in education. You will hear me advocating the arts frequently in here. I can't image my life with out art I love creating and learning new things. It's a way for me to communicate without talking. But I will refrain from gushing here but, you get the idea.
I am newly-ish married almost at 2 years! Still feels weird for sure. The hubby (Stephen) and I are both still in school so that makes life interesting/insane.
My life sorta feels like a big pile of chaos. Standing on the brink of true adulthood is terrifying. Having no idea what my life will be like by the time January rolls around is well, alarming. So I decided to share it all with you to keep my sane and hopefully amuse some other folks along the way!
=) enjoy.
This is typical of us. I'm the artsy weirdo and he is the normal analytical one.
